I am both  motivated and inspired by the clients and gym members I see on a daily basis.  I want to be a part of YOUR journey;  Your dedication to training and reaching your own personal goals.  I understand that everyone will choose to execute their energy in different ways, and I strive to deliver options for you to do so.

 Fitness Seminars and Fitness Workshops are 30 minutes in length, and I arrive 30 minutes early prior to start time for proper set up.

  • PUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  With light weight and high repetitions, this 60 minute full body workout puts pep in your step.  

  • The key to shocking your body is muscle confusion.  HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a class in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercises.

  • As a Personal Trainer, I will ensure you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize the results YOU wish to achieve.  Whether you wish to build muscle, shed fat, or simply get stronger, I tailor every workout to meet your needs.



In studying nutrition, my goal is to guide you in eating the right foods, at the right time. I want you to understand the method to the madness. If I can't give you wings to fly, than what good am I?  

In a nutrition plan I will:

-Calculate your BMR

-Calculate your Macros 

-Create a tailored Meal Plan

-Include recipes with Macros so that you can feel the freedom of eating real foods. 

-Keep you accountable!
